The Executive Assistant at INSIGHT2PROFIT serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing complex administrative, operational, and organizational support with a high degree of autonomy. This role requires advanced judgment, proactive decision-making, and the ability to anticipate needs well beyond day-to-day execution. Executive Assistants are deeply trusted advisors who manage sensitive information, influence outcomes, and help leaders operate at maximum effectiveness.
Education
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Public Administration, Liberal Arts, or other related field. Four (4) years of directly relevant experience in addition to the experience below may be considered in lieu of the degree.
Work Experience
Minimum: Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience providing executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: Seven (7) or more years of executive-level support experience in a professional services, financial services, or consulting environment with demonstrated experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously or directly supporting a CEO or Chief of Staff

Minimum:
• Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, judgment, and discretion in complex situations.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven track record of managing multiple high-priority demands simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level correspondence.
• Strong ability to remain calm, adaptable, and decisive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Highly proactive approach with the ability to anticipate executive needs and make independent decisions.
• Proven ability to self-manage projects and deliver consistently high-quality outcomes.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred:
• Demonstrated experience preparing materials for Board, executive leadership, or client-facing meetings, including agendas, presentations, and briefing documents.
• Advanced experience drafting executive-level correspondence and communications on behalf of senior leaders with minimal oversight.
• Experience mentoring or providing informal guidance to other executive assistants or administrative professionals.
• Prior exposure to special projects or cross-functional initiatives requiring independent judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving.
