The Human Resources Manager will contribute to the planning and execution of a Human Resources strategy. The HR Manager will support the company leadership in a variety of talent development, employee relations, retention, and reward initiatives. Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR Management and HR information services systems experience required

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development or Business Administration or the equivalent work experience
- Previous professional services experience required
- Expertise with labor, employment, and immigration law

The role of the Private Equity Associate for INSIGHT2PROFIT is to help support the development and execution of our Private Equity strategies and supporting activities. The individual in this role will be a member of the Private Equity team, within the broader commercial team, proactively supporting client-facing PE Leads. Are you a problem solver? Investigate our consultant opportunities. Using your detective skills, you’ll identify and define the analytical and reporting needs required to support our clients. You will use your business and client knowledge while partnering with the Engagement Leader, Manager, Associate, and Analyst to tackle pricing management challenges.

Responsibilities:
Project Execution:
- Prioritizes and delivers all assigned project tasks per project timeline on-time with quality results; performs tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Identifies and communicates status, risks and issues impacting the quality or timeliness of work.
- Ability to absorb constructive feedback to improve client deliverables.
- Operate as extension to client’s due diligence process evaluating potential acquisitions (buy side) and positioning current portfolio for exit (sell side).
Pricing Analytics:
- Configure large datasets for analysis.
- Identify and investigate data trends to quantify profitability opportunities.
- Develop models with limited mentorship from project lead.
- Demonstrate competence in tools needed to deliver project analysis (Excel, Power Pivot, and other analytical tools and software, etc.).
- Proactively manages the quality of own work.
Client Engagement:
- High level of exposure to C-Suite leadership and private equity sponsors.
- Responsible for leading client working sessions, clearly articulating complex analysis, and presenting findings with confidence.
- Collaborate with business development to support sales efforts.
- Demonstrate ability to be creative and seek solutions.
- Develop thoughtful recommendations specific to each client’s unique requirements and constraints.
Team Engagement:
- Participate in all company growth initiatives.
- Be a role model of our culture and core values, both internally and externally.
- Active contributor to individual and team deliverables.
- Exhibit a proactive problem-solving approach and attitude.
Qualifications
Education:
- BA/BS degree required, MBA optional
Experience:
- Studies in general business, finance, marketing, accounting, data analytics or management.
- 3+ years related work experience in Economics, mathematics, data and analytics, statistics, and actuarial science.
- Work with data analytics at the customer transaction level.
- Demonstrated ability in project management.
Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in computer applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools and software.
- Upbeat, driven, and action-oriented professional.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, including a strong sense of personal accountability.
- High degree of ambition to perform in a dynamic environment.
Travel:
- Approximately 6-8 days per month.
